The processing technology of artificial leather mainly includes the dipping, coating, solidification, washing, drying, surface finishing of non-woven base fabrics. The main differences between various artificial leathers lie in the fiber composition and structure used in the non-woven fabric and the type of polymer used to impregnate the non-woven fabric.The fiber composition of non-woven fabrics is mainly polyester (PET), nylon (PA), polypropylene (PP), chlorinated fiber (PVC), etc.
1. First of all, put all kinds of raw materials, such as polyurethane resin, wood powder, and dimethylformamide solvent (DMF) into a mixer according to a certain proportion. And then make these raw materials into a mixed solution. Next use a deaerator and a filter screen to remove the impurities and air bubbles of the mixed solution.
2. Pull out the rolled base fabric from the reel. Put them in the coating tank, and then coat the mixed slurry on them. Use the squeeze roller to thinning the coating, and then uniformly let it be solidified on the base cloth.
3. Based on the color of the synthetic leather, mix the toner into a liquid according to the proportion. Next use the roller to re-coating the mixed liquid on the base fabric.
4. Pull the synthetic leather through the pattern roll. Then a texture and pattern will form on the surface of the synthetic leather after rolling.
5. Use the water to wash the base fabric with coating that will be replaced by the water. The polyurethane resin will slowly solidify to form a porous film on the surface of the synthetic leather. After 120℃ drying, put the finished leather on the reel.
