ESD Treatment

Weathering Resistance

Taleather hydrolysis detection system includes sodium hydroxide (high and low-temperature double detection), jungle testing, and many others. Our internal detection system uses multi detection methods at the same time to maximize the durability test of simulated fabrics under natural extremes. It helps to better meet customers' needs for durability when using Taleather products.
Hydrolysis Resistance​​​​​​​
Taleather's proprietary formula can solve salt fog corrosion in the ocean and is unaffected by the harsh marine environment. ASTM B117, 1000H+ is available.
Salt Fog Resistance​​​​​​​
According to different requirements of customers, we can conduct light resistance tests for more than 1000 hours under various test standards such as ISO, ASTM, AATCC, etc.​​​​​​​
Light Exposure Resistance​​​​​​​
Taleather outdoor series can meet the cold crack resistance at - 30 ℃ under the standard of CFFA 6-b 2010 or ISO 17694.

Antifouling Property

Anti-bacteria and anti-mildew of leather have always been difficult issues for the leather industry. During the humidity season, the chances of leather breeding a lot of molds will increase. Taleather has a mature antibacterial and anti-mildew formula to prevent the leather from mildewing in a humid environment. It contributes to extend the service life of the leather and ensure product quality! And it not only features the decontamination function but also meets a variety of environmental protection requirements.

Taleather can provide customers with complete antibacterial solutions, and the details are as follow:

The antibacterial effect is resistant to Staphylococcus Aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia Coli ATCC 8739, Klebsiella Pneumoniae ATCC 4352 and Candida Albicans ATCC 10231.

The antifungal effect can resist ATCC 9642 Aspergillus Brasiliensis, ATCC 11797 Penicillium Funiculosum, ATCC 15233 Aureobacidium Pullulans, ATCC 6205 Chaetomium Globosum, ATCC 9645 Trichoderma Viride.

Easy Cleaning
