HOW TO CLEAN
CARE + MAINTENANCE GUIDE
✱Do not store in a wet place over time. This will accelerate the aging of the leather.
✱Avoid placing the leather in direct sunlight for a long time.
✱Please clean the stain in time when you find it. The longer it stays, the harder it is to remove.
✱Do not soak the leather.
STAIN AND DISINFECTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended cleaning solution: Mixture of Tide® or Oxiclean® and warm water (1 teaspoon of soap for every 16 ounces water)
✱For general spills, such as water, coffee, wine, sauce, milk etc.:
Wipe off spills with the napkin, then wipe in lines with a clean cloth moistened with water until it is clean. It is important to wipe the surface with a dry cloth or napkin to remove any remaining moisture. If the spill has evolved into a stain, you can mix the mild soap with water (recommendation above) to remove the stain. Dampen a cloth with the mixture and gently wipe the stain in a circular motion. Avoid rubbing hard on the infected area, and make sure not to over-saturate the fabric. After removing the stain, dampen the cloth with water only and wipe away any excess soap left behind. After that, don’t forget to wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove residual moisture.
✱For healthcare stains, such as blood, urine, disinfectant, etc.:
Wipe off with a damp cloth and spray with a sodium hypochlorite type disinfectant. Then, wipe with a moist cloth again and finally wipe down with a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture.
✱Using a solvent:
When all other cleaning methods have been exhausted, and the stain is still there, it may be necessary to use a solvent. Spray the solvent directly onto the stain and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, avoid over-saturating the fabric. Gently clean the stain in a circular motion, making sure not to rub the infected area vigorously. After cleaning, wipe the fabric with a damp cloth to remove the excess cleaning solution, and then wipe with a dry cloth to remove any residual moisture. If the furniture is soaked during cleaning, please wipe it with a dry cloth and naturally air-dried.
